Certificates
Our company has an international certificate - CARB-IKEA for springs with a thickness of 8 - 12 mm, which is renewed every quarter by the EPH-Institut (Germany).
Package
For transportation glued furniture parts are packed up according to shapes, purpose and dimensions in packages of no more than 20 kg. By agreement with customer glued furniture parts can be packed up in packages of other weight according to the contract. Each package is marked with the following information:
- country of producer;
- factory of producer and (or) his logo
- conventional designation of glued furniture parts
- quantity of glued furniture parts in package
- designation of national confirmation sign for certified production
In additional, spring packaging bags are labelled with a CARB label, which includes:
- ERN – name of the recognised third party authority
- ТРС - Third Party Septification (third party certification)
- No. 10 – Reference number for the ERN, assigned by the University of California
- Phase 2 – second phase of the project
- Batch number, date of manufacture
- CARB - California Air Resources Board (California Air Resources Board)
